Energy Block 26
A five-well drilling campaign in Block 26 in northeast Syria, on an integrated turnkey lump-sum basis, with a targeted start in Q2 2027 subject to approvals, award and readiness. Gulf Sands holds 50% in the production sharing contract, and Dijla is the joint operator of the Khirbet al-Sharq, Yousefieh and al-Khayrat fields. Contractor meetings will be held at ADIPEC Abu Dhabi from 2 to 5 November 2026, and expressions of interest should be sent to gulfsands.drilling@gulfsands.com. This is an initial market sounding, not a tender invitation, and it gives no prequalification or award guarantee.
